Jordan Coole serves as Vice President of CT/HX, where he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company’s four Commercial Divisions, including Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. In this role, Jordan focuses on expanding service offerings, strengthening customer relationships, and fostering a culture of integrity, safety, and performance. He plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting business development, and ensuring the continued growth and success of CT/HX.

Jordan joined CT/HX in 2016 and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture, growth, and reputation for outstanding service. Most recently, as Division Manager for the Florida Division, he oversaw all operations, led project managers, and was a driving force behind the company’s expansion in the region. Jordan emphasizes a Culture of Safety in all operations and brings hands-on expertise in boom lift, forklift, and confined space operations. He is OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certified.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida College of Business. His combination of technical knowledge, leadership experience, and deep understanding of CT/HX’s operations positions him to lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation.
